UCIAF is proud to be showing Everybody’s Fine (Italian: Stanno tutti bene, literally “They’re all fine”) is a 1990 Italian drama film directed by Giuseppe Tornatore who co-wrote the screenplay with Tonino Guerra and Massimo De Rita.. The film is in Italian with subtitles.
Sicilian opera lover Matteo Scuro (Marcello Mastroianni) is a retired bureaucrat who wants to have a family reunion. When most of his adult children (Valeria Cavalli, Marino Cenna, Norma Martelli, Roberto Nobile) cancel thei r trip to Sicily, Matteo decides to surprise each of them with a visit, traveling by train, and finds none of them as he imagined, with each of his children seeming to reflect the opera character after whom they were named. On each visit to a different part of Italy, he learns about the lies that his family has been telling him, including a significant one about his missing son, Alvaro (Salvatore Cascio).
The event will be held at Reginato Ristorante, 34 Leggs Mill Rd. Lake Katrine in the town of Ulster.
